I would be entirely remiss in my duties to leave out such an integral part of Tahoe Summers. Our boat, simply known as "The Donzi:" has been a big part of every summer at Tahoe. We first learned to water ski behind the Sea Daisy - a killer boat owned by the Lonons. It had a small 4 cylinder motor and pulled us out of the water in about 3 minutes and about a mile's distance. Soon after, my poor father had to put up with our continual whining, "Dad, can we have a boat?" Finally he gave in (and who couldn't after taking this boat for a test drive) and bought the Donzi.

Back in the " Good Ol' Daze ", I can remember getting up early in the morning, going skiing for a few hours and ending up at Sunnyside for brunch.
