Known as "The most photographed bay in the world", Emerald Bay could possibly be the most visited area in Lake Tahoe. There are many areas from which one can view the bay.

In addition to the beauty of the bay itself, is a unique structure located at the end of Emerald Bay. It is known as Vikingsholm .
