I put this link in here because I wanted to take the time and reflect on the most impressive man who has ever lived. I don't mean impressive in the way that most people think of when they hear the word "impressive". I mean "impressive" as in he made bigger and much more important impressions on me than anyone ever has or, I believe, anyone ever will.
I'm talking about my dad. He was as much a part of this beautiful place as anyone. More importantly, he raised me, and my brothers and sisters, to understand the meaning of love and respect. Lake Tahoe could never have meant as much as it does without my dad.
A day rarely goes by when a thought of the lake or the man doesn't enter my mind. The thought of both are truly moving. My dad was a wonderful man and is missed in the most extreme sense of the word.
Just because I'm the one who posted this, doesn't mean in the least, that the thoughts shared here aren't reflected in everyone's heart who was close to him.
